Finca Siempre Verde has the capacity to host large groups (up to 20 people) in the lodge and to provide group packages that would include guiding, tours, and many learning opportunities.
We are able to design a program to suit the needs of different types of groups and would work with you directly to make sure it would be an enriching and exciting experience. We have hosted University groups previously in different capacities.
We are able to offer programs in wildlife, sustainable agriculture, ecotourism, service learning, cultural immersion, or a combination of these. We have had groups both with and without staff support from the university traveling with the students. We are also not restricted to Mastatal and have contacts in other parts of Costa Rica that we are able to design in the program.
We are also open for yoga retreats. Our lodge has a 72 square meter yoga deck that overlooks our property. With a yoga retreat, we can design in other opportunities that would go along with the retreat.
These other opportunities could be the following:
• Guided tours to the hot springs, river, or waterfall
• Hikes in La Cangreja National Park
• Art Projects: painting, mosaics, and woodwork
• Cooking and food preservation
Also see the extensive list of opportunities below.
The university groups and yoga retreats are what we have had experience in previously but we have years of experience in creating programs and are capable of designing new options.
We are able to offer the farm, national park, community, guides, as well as trip planning and guiding outside of Mastatal. Though we are not limited to these kinds of groups, these are a few we have been interested in hosting include soccer camps, backpacking groups, high school and middle school students, group travelers, boy scouts, and girl scouts.
We are open for contact to discuss ideas, opportunities, and program design.
